Ways to overcome negative thoughts
we all have negative thoughts sometimes. and
sometimes these leads to massive damage of time,
emotions,mood swings and many things which affect
our daily lifestyle. it can take away our happiness as
we start thinking too much. here i suggest some ways to
overcome negative thoughts.
1. keep yourself busy:~ if you having negative
thoughts or too much anxiety then you should keep
yourself busy in work or any activity like games.
2. Be conscious of your thoughts :~ identity your
emotions and feel when you having negative thoughts
or triggers.
3. Get rest :~ taking some rest during anxiety period
will help you to reduce tension. .
4. listen to music:~ the best way to overcome negative
thoughts or reduce stress is to listen to music. choose
what u like. your favorite music helps you to relax
your mind and preventing negative thoughts. .
5. Avoid triggers:~ prevent overthinking, avoid things
that triggers thoughts.
